How Does It Work?
The suspension cleaning furnaces operate on the controlled air principle. The combustion process and temperature are adjusted according to the load, increasing the efficiency of the process. The furnaces are equipped with a PLC system that continuously monitors and controls the temperatures. When the set temperature is reached, the air supply is automatically restricted. When the temperature drops, the burner is reactivated and the air supply is opened.
The furnaces are equipped with integrated thermal oxidizer afterburners. This system provides air to the exhaust gases in the process chamber, heating them to a temperature range of 800-1,100ºC to oxidize smoke and odors from the load, thus ensuring effective cleaning of the contaminated gases.
Security Features and Control Systems
AST Series furnaces are designed to maximize safety. They provide oxygen control by limiting air flow to prevent sudden temperature increases. Additionally, the water mist injection system controls flash temperatures that may occur when working with large flammable loads and ensures a safe cleaning process.
